In addition, I chose to consider Tangerine's indirect competitors that raked among the winners for "Online Banking Excellence" (RBC) and "Mobile Banking Excellence" categories (CIBC) at the *2020 Financial Service Excellence Award*s organized by IPSOS in Canada.
